Liverpool's Fabinho out until the New Year

Liverpool will be without Brazilian midfielder Fabinho for their busy December period after it was confirmed that he suffered ankle ligament damage on Wednesday evening.
Fabinho was forced off in the first half of his side's 1-1 draw with Napoli in the Champions League and scans have confirmed the extend of the injury.
In a statement Liverpool revealed that he will be out of action until the New Year at the earliest.
The statement read: "Liverpool can confirm Fabinho suffered ankle ligament damage during the Champions League encounter with Napoli in midweek.
"Further assessment on the injury has discovered Fabinho will be out of action until the New Year.
"The Brazilian will begin a rehabilitation programme with the Reds' medical team at Melwood as he works his way back to full fitness."
Liverpool face a hectic December where thanks to the World Club Cup, they will play 12 games between the end of November and 3 January.
The Reds will also field two different teams in the space of 24 hours in two different continents, with their Caraboa Cup quarter-final tie against Aston Villa coming less than 24 hours before their Club World Cup semi-final in Qatar.
